Stephen Burgess

About Me

My career has spanned 18 years in the customer service/tourism industry with a focus on hiring and developing the best managers and staff for all areas of the aviation sector.  Whilst working for Virgin Atlantic Airways and, most recently, Etihad Airways I was responsible for successful recruitment programmes in UK, Japan, China, India, Nigeria and the Middle East.


I have a Bachelors degree in Business and Human Resource Management and I am a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.


I am professionally trained and accredited as a coach with Neuroleadership Group, having completed my Intensive Coach Training and I work with individuals to assist them in establishing their life, career and business goals and to successfully tackle the difficulties of modern life. 


I am positive, warm and genuine in my delivery and aim to make coaching fun as well as productive for my clients.


I have a passion for excellent customer service and I use this in all of my working relationships to deliver satisfaction and success to clients from a variety of backgrounds.
